Hey Honeymakers!

I’m Ashley Dean, the CEO, Lead Digital Creator, and (you guessed it) the Head Honey-bee of HNYCMB Creative Agency.

Towards the end of my senior year of undergrad, I was collecting my thoughts after a meeting and started thinking about all of the time I’d spent moving around from task to task, doing things, but never really producing anything.

I paused, and can recall saying something along the lines of, “I’ve been buzzing around from flower to flower, getting this, and doing that, and this point, I just want to make honey.”

You read that right! Not money, but honey. Something good, something sweet, something beneficial for those that encounter it. Shortly after that moment, HNYCMB Creative came to be - well, the name at least (lol) - but here we are today and it’s coming into bloom.

Having spent so much time in the “buzz”, I experienced everything from burn out to being oppressed by environments that didn’t understand or appreciate my gifts. I didn’t like that feeling and wouldn’t wish it on anyone else either. That’s why, as the CEO of HNYCMB, I will exercise my passion for helping others see and value the sweetness in their unique creativity, experiences, and skills, while creating a safe haven for those that share that sweetness with the world.

So, let’s make honey, honey! And paint the town gold with goodness.
